Software Licence Resellers Agreement (Slra)

VMware software, licenses, support, maintenance, renewals and related services, including limited advice to the products available through this batch. These include access to special prices and commercial terms negotiated directly with JISC`s VMWare on behalf of the HE/FE sector, i.e. loan agreements (if any). Software services such as cloud optimization services, cloud intelligence services, software asset management, training and all professional services related to products sold through other batches of this framework. Including limited advice on products provided under this agreement. This lot is subject to a 1% marketing premium. This offer involves providing software licenses and services for Windows, Microsoft, Adobe, VMWare and other software sold through resellers. This framework also takes into account offers that can be made directly with the original software providers (OSV). Successful resellers are expected to offer value-added services. Unterlos 2B – Adobe CLP agreements (indeterminate licenses and optional upgrade protection) and VIP agreements (user subscription licenses/designated devices) and other Adobe products for which specific prices and terms have been negotiated on behalf of the HE/FE sector, directly with Adobe by JISC, i.e. transaction agreements. A maximum of 6 suppliers are planned for this subgroup. Lot 1 is intended to provide all Microsoft software, licenses, support, maintenance, renewals and all related services, including advice limited to Microsoft products. These include access to special prices and terms of sale negotiated directly with the OSV by JISC on behalf of the HE/FE sector, i.e. loan agreements, including, but not limited, the CSP EES, Academic Select Plus and Academic CSP agreements.

As-a-service software options (SAAS) and associated consumption models are also included.
